1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of isobj.com (the “site”), operated by Brand Zappy LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What the site is

Isobj provides free online tools — calculators, converters, generators and utilities. No account is required. The tools are provided for general informational and practical use, free of charge, and we may add, change, suspend or remove any tool at any time without notice.

3. The tools are not professional advice

Nothing on this site is professional advice, and no result produced by any tool should be relied on as such.

  • Financial tools — including mortgage, loan, interest, paycheck, tax and currency calculators — are illustrative only. They are not financial, lending, tax, accounting or investment advice, and they do not constitute an offer of credit or a quotation. Figures from a lender, employer, accountant or tax authority will govern, not ours.
  • Health tools — including BMI, calorie, ideal weight, due date and pregnancy calculators — are informational only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and must not be used as a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something you read or calculated here.
  • Any tool touching legal, regulatory, construction or safety matters is likewise informational only.

Always verify anything that matters with a qualified professional and with an authoritative source before acting on it.

4. Accuracy

We work to make the tools correct, but we do not warrant that any result is accurate, complete, current or fit for your particular purpose. Formulas differ between jurisdictions, standards and institutions; rounding, unit conventions and assumptions vary; and software contains mistakes. 5. Your content

You keep all rights to the text, numbers, files and other material you enter into the tools. Most tools process what you enter entirely within your browser and never transmit it to us; where that is not the case, the tool says so on its own page. We claim no ownership of your material and do not use it for any purpose of our own. How the site handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the site freely for its intended purpose, including for commercial work. You may not:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, or to produce material that is unlawful, fraudulent or infringing;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system, or probe or test its security;
  • interfere with the site’s normal operation, including by automated requests at a volume that degrades service for others;
  • systematically scrape or copy the site’s content in order to reproduce it elsewhere;
  • remove, obscure or interfere with any advertising, attribution or notice displayed on the site, or attempt to circumvent a restriction used to protect them.

7. Our content

The site’s design, text, articles, logos and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the tools and quote short extracts with attribution, but you may not republish substantial parts of the site, or copy its tools or design, without our written permission. Results you generate with a tool are yours to use as you wish.

8. Advertising and third-party links

The site is funded by advertising, including Google AdSense, and may link to third-party websites. Advertising providers may use cookies, browser storage, device information and usage information to deliver and measure ads, subject to your choices and consent where required. This is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Some site functionality may be unavailable while advertising or required supporting scripts are blocked. If an ad blocker is detected, the site may ask you to allow advertising for isobj.com before continuing.

We do not control advertisers or linked sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Any dealing with them is between you and them.

9. Availability

The site is provided free of charge and we make no promise that it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the site or any tool at any time, and we are not liable to you for doing so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of your use of the site or reliance on any result produced by it — including any financial, medical or other decision taken on the basis of a calculation performed here.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of the State of Wyoming, United States have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
