The short version
Isobj is a collection of free online tools. There are no visitor accounts and nothing to sign up for. Most tools do their work entirely inside your browser, which means what you type into them is not sent to us.
We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) only if you choose Allow analytics. Until you do, the GA4 library is not loaded and Isobj does not send analytics data to Google. We also use Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager to fund the site. Advertising and advertising consent are handled separately, as described below.
You can change your analytics decision at any time with the Analytics choices button shown on the site.
Who we are
This site is operated by Brand Zappy LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. For a privacy question or to exercise the rights described below, contact info@brandzappy.com.
What we do not collect
- We do not operate visitor accounts and never ask you to register.
- We do not sell personal information or share it with data brokers.
- We do not deliberately send the values you enter into tools to Google Analytics.
- We do not enable Google Signals or allow GA4 data to be used for advertising personalisation.
- We do not load GA4 or set GA4 cookies unless you allow analytics.
What is collected, and why
1. Server logs
Our web server records standard technical information for every request: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, the referring page if any, and your browser’s user-agent string. This is ordinary web-server behaviour. We use these logs only to keep the site running securely and to diagnose faults. Logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted.
2. Tool inputs that appear in the page address
Some tools put values into the page’s web address so that a result can be bookmarked or shared as a link. Because those values are part of the address, they may appear in our server logs, browser history, bookmarks, shared links or referring-page records.
Before a page address is sent to GA4, Isobj removes its query string and fragment. For example, analytics receives https://isobj.com/example-tool/, not the values after ? or #. The referring address sent by our GA4 configuration is cleaned in the same way. You should still avoid entering sensitive personal details in any tool whose values remain visible in the address.
Tools that handle text or secrets deliberately do not put those values in the address. For example, the word counter does not put your text in the address, and the password generator does not put generated passwords there.
3. Files you process
Where a tool processes a file—for example, a PDF or image—that processing happens inside your browser wherever technically possible, and the file is not uploaded to us. If a particular tool ever needs to send a file to a server, that tool will say so clearly before you use it.
4. Fonts
Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. This causes your browser to request font files from Google, which necessarily reveals your IP address and user-agent to Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. Google Analytics 4
If you allow analytics, Isobj loads GA4 using measurement ID G-8JTSR3XMWH. We use it to understand how many people visit, which pages and tools are useful, how visitors find the site, and where the site needs improvement.
Depending on your browser, device and our GA4 property settings, Google may receive:
- the page path and title, with query strings and fragments removed;
- the referring site or cleaned referring page;
- page views, engagement time, scrolls, outbound-link clicks, site searches and file-download events;
- browser, operating system, device category, screen size and language;
- an approximate geographic area derived from the IP address used to make the request;
- pseudonymous client and session identifiers stored in GA4 cookies; and
- your analytics-consent state.
We do not send a user ID, name, email address or visitor-account information to GA4. Google Signals and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled in our website tag. Google necessarily receives an IP address when your browser connects to its servers; Google states that GA4 uses it to derive location information and does not log or store individual IP addresses.
Cookies and choice storage. After consent, GA4 may set _ga and _ga_<container-id> first-party cookies to distinguish visitors and maintain session state. Isobj configures these cookies to expire no later than 395 days after they are created and not to extend their expiry on each visit. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under isobj_analytics_consent_v1 so it can be respected on later pages. If you withdraw consent, Isobj sends a Consent Mode update, disables further GA4 collection and attempts to delete GA4 cookies for this site.
Retention. Our GA4 property uses a two-month retention period for user-level and event-level data available in explorations. At the end of that period, Google deletes that event-level data according to its retention process. Aggregated statistics in GA4’s standard reports may remain available for longer. Google may retain service, security or legal records under its own policies.
Consent Mode. Isobj uses Google Consent Mode v2 in its basic form. Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are denied by default. The GA4 library is not requested until you allow analytics. Allowing analytics grants only analytics_storage; the advertising consent types remain denied by this control.
Our legal basis for GA4 processing where consent is required is your consent. You can refuse without losing access to any tool. Use Analytics choices at any time to allow or withdraw analytics. Clearing your browser storage will clear the saved decision and cause Isobj to ask again. You can also learn about Google Analytics privacy and data safeguards.
6. Advertising
Isobj is free to use and is funded by advertising. We use Google AdSense for ordinary display ads and Google Ad Manager for rewarded full-screen ads on selected downloads. When a rewarded ad is available, Isobj explains that viewing it unlocks the download and asks you to opt in before the ad opens. If no rewarded ad is available or the ad service fails, the download proceeds without it. When an ad or advertising-consent message loads, Google and its advertising partners may receive information such as your IP address, the page you are viewing, referring page, browser and device information, cookie or device identifiers, consent choices and interactions with ads. They use this information to deliver ads, measure performance, limit repeated ads, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies and similar browser storage to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Depending on your location, Google’s consent platform may ask for the choices required before personalised advertising is used. Google may instead serve non-personalised or limited ads.
You can manage Google advertising personalisation at Google Ad Settings. You can opt out of some participating vendors’ use of cookies at aboutads.info or, in Europe, at youronlinechoices.eu. See Google’s explanation of how it uses information from sites that use its services.
Cookies and browser storage
Isobj uses browser storage to remember your analytics choice. If you allow analytics, GA4 sets the analytics cookies described above. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar storage to remember advertising privacy choices, deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, when permitted, personalise advertising. If you sign in as a site administrator, WordPress also sets cookies necessary for that session; this does not apply to ordinary visitors.
You can control analytics through Analytics choices, advertising through the privacy controls presented by Google where available, and all browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting storage does not prevent you from using Isobj’s tools.
Who your information is shared with
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is handled by the service providers that make the site work: our hosting provider for server logs, and Google for fonts, consent management, GA4 when allowed, and advertising. These providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information where legally required.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to personal information, correction or deletion, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
Server logs and GA4 identifiers are not indexed by name, so we may need an approximate visit date, time, IP address or GA4 client identifier to locate a record. Advertising, consent and analytics information controlled by Google should also be managed through Google’s privacy controls. Contact info@brandzappy.com to make a request.
Our lawful basis for server logs is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. Where analytics storage, advertising storage or personalised advertising requires consent, the basis is consent. Other limited advertising processing may be necessary for security, fraud prevention or compliance with law.
If you are in California
We do not sell personal information as that term is defined by California law. Personalised advertising may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out using the advertising privacy controls presented on the site or Google Ad Settings. GA4 advertising signals are disabled in our website tag.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will address the request.
International visitors
The site is hosted in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, information may be processed in the United States and by the providers named above in other countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information—for example, by adding a server-side file tool, changing analytics configuration or changing advertising providers—we will update this page and the date at the top.
