Last updated: September 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the Isobj: All-in-One Tools mobile application for iOS (`com.brandzappy.isobj-aio-tools`) and Android (`com.brandzappy.isobj_aio_tools`) (the App). The App is provided by Brand Zappy LLC (Isobj, we, us, or our).
The App does not require an account. Calculators, converters, generators, and file tools are designed to process the values, text, images, and documents you provide on your device. Tool inputs and results are not sent to Isobj, AdMob, Firebase, or Expo. If a future tool needs to transmit user-provided content, the App will identify that behavior before transmission and we will update this Policy as appropriate.
The App requires an internet connection to load its catalog and explanatory content, retrieve public supporting data, check for compatible updates, submit feedback when you choose to do so, and request advertising.
1. Information processed by the App
Tool inputs, results, and files
Values entered into calculators, pasted text, generated passwords, selected images or documents, and tool results are processed on your device. They are not uploaded to Isobj and are not included in advertising, crash, analytics, or performance events.
When you choose a photo or document for a tool, the App accesses only the item you select for that operation. Tools such as PDF/OCR conversion, favicon generation, and QR generation process their working data locally. Temporary files created by a tool are intended to remain on the device until they are deleted by the App, operating system, or you.
Some tools retrieve public supporting data, such as the current catalog, localized content, or exchange-rate and reference data. These requests do not include the values, text, images, or documents you enter into a tool.
Device permissions and sensors
The App may ask for access to photos or files only when you select an image or document for a tool. It does not request camera or microphone access. If you use shake-to-flip or shake-to-roll, motion sensor readings are processed on the device and are not transmitted to Isobj or our service providers. The App does not request precise location, contacts, or health data.
App preferences stored on your device
The App may store your language selection and technical state needed to operate the App. Google UMP may store advertising consent and privacy signals on the device and communicate them to Google or participating advertising partners as needed to honor your choices.
Network and service data
When the App connects to Isobj services, Isobj and its hosting or security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, response status, app version, operating system, and similar technical metadata. We use this information to deliver content,
maintain security, prevent misuse, and diagnose service failures. An IP address can indicate an approximate location such as a city or region, but the App does not request GPS location for these services.
Advertising and consent data
The App uses Google AdMob to request and display ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect or present advertising privacy choices where required. Depending on the platform, region, consent choice, and Google service availability, Google and participating advertising partners may process:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- a device, advertising, installation, or app-scoped identifier;
- ads requested or shown and interactions with those ads;
- limited app interaction used for ad delivery and measurement;
- diagnostic and performance information; and
- consent choices and related privacy signals.
This information may be used to deliver ads, measure ad performance and frequency, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain advertising services. Google and participating advertising partners may act as independent controllers for some processing under their own policies.
On iOS, we ask for your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before allowing advertising tracking. If you allow it, Google may use your advertising identifier to personalize ads and measure advertising across apps and websites owned by other companies, subject to your regional privacy choices. If you decline, restrict tracking in device settings, or have not granted permission, we request non-personalized ads and do not allow advertising tracking. Depending on your regional choices and service availability, you may receive non-personalized, limited or technical ads, or no ads. All tools remain available regardless of your tracking decision.
The Android App follows the applicable UMP consent result and Android advertising privacy controls. Where permitted and consented to, Google may use the Android Advertising ID and app activity for personalized advertising or measurement.
Where personalization is unavailable or declined, Google may serve non-personalized, limited, contextual, or technical ads.
Advertising consent, an ad-blocking condition, no fill, or an advertising error does not change access to the App’s tools.
Crash diagnostics
The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to help identify and fix crashes and non-fatal software errors. Crashlytics may process crash traces, diagnostic information, installation identifiers, app and operating-system versions,
device model and state, and technical attributes supplied by the App. Our attributes can include app version, runtime/update version, platform, selected language, current tool slug, and a general failure category.
We configure Crashlytics logs and attributes not to contain calculator values,
pasted text, selected files, generated passwords, document contents, or tool results.
Analytics and performance monitoring
Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Performance Monitoring are disabled in the App.
We will update this Policy, the applicable store disclosures, and any required consent controls before enabling optional Analytics or Performance Monitoring in the App.
Software updates
The App includes Expo Application Services (EAS Update) support to check for and download compatible code and asset updates. Expo may process IP address, device operating system, project and update-channel information, request and performance data, and randomized tokens used to deliver and measure an update. We do not add tool inputs or results to update requests.
Feedback you choose to send
The in-app Send feedback form transmits the selected topic, your message, platform, and app version to Isobj. The form does not request your name or email address and does not accept attachments, although you may choose to include contact information in your message.
Submitted feedback is stored in access-controlled systems and delivered to authorized personnel for review. We may use limited technical request data to prevent spam, abuse, and excessive submissions. Normal service logs may also contain the request metadata described above. Website contact forms are governed by the privacy policy presented on the website.
2. How information is used
We and our service providers use the information described above to:
- provide the App, online catalog, supporting content, reference data, and compatible updates;
- remember language and privacy choices;
- display and measure advertising and prevent advertising fraud;
- diagnose crashes, abuse, security incidents, and service failures;
- respond to feedback, support, and privacy requests;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms; and
- protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users, Isobj, and others.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for advertising personalization and related optional processing; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the App; performance of a contract when you request a service; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.
3. When information is shared
We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose information only as described in this Policy:
- Google, for AdMob, UMP, Firebase Crashlytics, and the Firebase services described above when enabled;
- Expo (650 Industries, Inc.), to deliver compatible App updates;
- hosting and infrastructure providers, to deliver Isobj content, receive feedback, and operate and secure our services;
- professional advisers or authorities, when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect legal rights, investigate abuse, or address a safety or security issue; and
- a successor organization, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of relevant assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
On iOS, advertising tracking requires your permission. On either platform, personalized advertising or measurement permitted by your consent and device settings may be considered a sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under some laws. Section 4 describes the available choices.
Third-party information is available in the Google Privacy Policy, Google’s advertising technologies explanation, Firebase privacy information, and Expo Privacy Policy.
4. Your privacy choices
Advertising choices
When UMP reports that a privacy-options entry point is required, the App menu shows Privacy choices. Use it to review or change the choices available for your region. Withdrawing a choice affects future processing and does not necessarily remove information already retained under an applicable retention period or legal obligation.
On iOS and iPadOS, you can decline the tracking prompt and continue using every tool. You can later change your decision in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Regional advertising consent and Apple’s tracking permission are separate choices; allowing one does not override the other. Without tracking permission, Google may still process information needed for non-personalized or limited ad delivery, fraud prevention and service operation.
On Android, you can also manage or delete the device’s advertising ID and use the advertising privacy controls available in Android or Google settings. The exact menu depends on the device and Android version.
You can reset local App preferences by clearing the App’s storage on Android or deleting and reinstalling the App. Uninstalling stops future collection by the App but does not automatically delete information already retained by Isobj or a service provider.
Access, deletion, and other legal rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or certain forms of sale or sharing; and appeal a denied request.
The App has no user accounts, and we intentionally avoid attaching tool content to diagnostic records. We may therefore be unable to identify a particular record as yours without additional information. We will evaluate and respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To submit a privacy request, use the contact method in Section 10. We may need information sufficient to verify and complete the request. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law permits.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operational, security, support, legal, and accounting requirements. Retention depends on the information and service:
- local preferences and temporary tool files remain until removed by the App, operating system, or you;
- technical anti-abuse records are retained briefly for security and service protection;
- feedback submissions are retained while reasonably needed to review the submission, operate support, prevent abuse, and document the response;
- Isobj server and security logs are kept for a limited operational period and may be retained longer when needed to investigate abuse or comply with law;
- Crashlytics, advertising, consent, and update data follow our configured settings and the applicable Google and Expo retention terms; and
- backups and records required for security or law may remain for an additional limited period.
We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup requirements.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections for App network traffic and access controls for service and feedback data. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. International processing
Isobj and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from those where you live. Where required, we or our providers use recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards for international transfers.
8. Children
The App is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through feedback or another Isobj service, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the App, its providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Policy, update the date above, and provide additional notice in the App when required. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
