Tell us what you were doing, what happened, and which browser and device you were using. A screenshot helps. If a page failed to load, the address you were on is useful.
Suggest a tool
If there is something you keep needing and cannot find a decent version of, we would like to know. Suggestions from people who actually do the task are better than anything we come up with by guessing.

Please note what our privacy policy explains: we run no visitor accounts or separate audience analytics, so server logs are usually the only record held directly by Isobj. To find yours we may need the approximate date and time of your visit and the IP address you used.
